I AM OVER 30. AM I TOO OLD FOR THIS SPORT?
sthink of our traditional Taekwondo as a sport. There is no competition and no body contact in the attack techniques. You don’t measure yourself against anyone except for yourself. Each student can progress on an individual level.

IS EXCESS WEIGHT A PROBLEM?
No not at all. With regular training (2 to 3 times a week) taekwondo is a good way to gradually get to a normal body weight.

WHEN CAN I COME TO A TRAINING SESSION?
Our hours are posted, but it would be best if you could come 15 minutes early the first time so we can get acquainted and discuss your particular goals.
